Snyder - US All Cap Equities: long-term investing in quality value with the highest conviction
The US Equities market is dominated with large tech including the ‘MFAANG’ stocks. Despite this, Snyder have proven that value, and attractive returns, can be found in plenty of sectors outside of technology, albeit a little less glamorous. Snyder have demonstrated an exceptional profile of idiosyncratic returns without owning any of the large tech names. It does so by focusing on cash flows and purchasing companies that are underappreciated despite their fundamental strength to deliver solid FCF growth. No matter what your view on the US may be, the team can always find around 20 names across the all cap market spectrum that will be appealing.

Proposed Muzinich Dynamic Credit Income Strategy - A flexible approach to corporate credit investing
The Muzinich Dynamic Credit Income Strategy is designed for investors seeking outperformance in rising credit markets without taking excessive risk. The Strategy aims to maintain a high level of yield throughout the credit cycle by combining a focus on upside capture while seeking opportunities in dislocated markets. The portfolio invests globally across the credit spectrum whilst employing a hedging strategy to help dampen volatility where appropriate. The investment process combines macroeconomic analysis with bottom-up credit selection. First, Muzinich identifies rising and falling trends across the credit universe, then leverages the deep expertise of its global credit research team to find the names that best reflect these trends. The Strategy is borne out of the success of Muzinich’s existing multi-asset credit strategy, Global Tactical Credit (launched in 2013) and builds on the foundations of an experienced team, led by Mike McEachern, Warren Hyland and Brian Nold.

Asian Equities: Sophisticated Champions and Emerging Leaders
China has finished deleveraging its balance sheet, potentially marking the beginning of a decade of stock market outperformance. Steady Chinese growth complements structurally higher commodities and energy prices, which is good news for selected Asian countries, but regional trade deals are an even more powerful tailwind; bringing forward the Asian trade bloc and quickening the industrialisation of ASEAN economies.
Ox Capital (OxCap) seeks to participate in the vast growth opportunities and long-term trends arising out of the Asia region. OxCap’s investment approach is to identify the immense positive changes taking place in Asia and other key emerging markets, find investment opportunities and build a concentrated portfolio of high quality, undervalued and well-run companies. The Fund will typically hold 30-50 stocks that are diversified across countries, sectors and thematic exposure, and can use downside protection strategies across the market and individual stocks to help protect the portfolio from market volatility. To support the launch of OxCap’s forthcoming UCITS Fund, Fidante Partner’s is offering a founder share class to early bird investors.

Investment Grade EM Debt – Capturing yield without yielding on Quality
In the hunt for yield, Emerging Market Bonds may offer opportunities significantly above those in developed markets. But this can entail elevated risk, which could be a restriction for certain investors.
With significant experience across hard currency sovereign and corporate bonds as well as local currency and blend, Vontobel is launching an Investment Grade EM Debt Fund in Q2 2022.
The new Fund will benefit from the same investment team and the same “spread optimisation” process as our existing market-leading strategies, but with a minimum credit quality of investment grade and enhanced ESG integration. This will allow investors to take advantage of yield opportunities in this asset class, while limiting credit risk.
Sergey Goncharov, Portfolio Manager, will discuss the investible universe, our approach, and the typical portfolio and performance profile.
